RETURN POLICY

Because of the collectible nature of our products and their delicate condition, Rogue Toys does not accept returns. We urge our customers to carefully examine each picture to determine if the product they want is exactly what they want. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us before your purchase.

We understand certain circumstances may arise and an item may need to be replaced or returned. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by email or call us within 7 days of receiving your order. We determine each request on a case by case basis. Please note that any refund will not including shipping costs.   Toys being sold as brand new, never opened are being sold as a collectible.  There is no way for us to test the toy.
